Howard said: “I have been observing Partners& for some time and believe their position in the market and the quality team they have in place are both compelling. Having discussed the vision and purpose of Partners& with Phil, their values-led approach and their laser focus on clients really resonated with me. I firmly believe that if you do the right thing by the client, growth will come naturally…and that’s what we’re aiming to do at Partners&. I’m delighted with the move and to be part of this business.”
Phil Barton, Partners& CEO said: “Howard is an impressive and experienced leader in our market. The experience he has acquired, and his genuine care for clients is completely aligned with our culture.
